Meet your medititation teacher

How it Began


When we lost our home in a house fire, our world was turned upside down. The fire spared no belongings—cherished childhood videos, family heirlooms, all the memories built over a lifetime were gone in moments. We escaped unharmed, but the devastation left me feeling hollow. 


In the aftermath, I struggled with sleepless nights, haunted by the loss of what was once a comforting space. Every day felt like a weight pressing down, a reminder of what was lost.


Daily meditation was instrumental in my recovery. It didn't erase grief, but it gave me a way to hold it gently and make space for healing. Through meditation, I began my search for meaning. I started connecting more deeply with parts of myself—intuition, resilience, and the call to serve others. 


I realized that just as meditation was helping me heal, it could be a lifeline for others struggling with their pain.


That's the birth story of Indigo Alchemy. My mission is to serve others and unlock the clarity, insight, and strength needed to navigate today's fast-paced world with authenticity and intention.


Maryanne Spatola, PCC Meditation Coach & Inner Wisdom Guide

Founder of Indigo Alchemy, Maryanne bridges the worlds of executive leadership and mindful presence. An accomplished executive coach and former Chief Human Resources Officer, she now guides individuals on a deeper journey inward.


Certified through The Path Meditation Teacher Training, Maryanne brings over two decades of experience in transformation, leadership development, and human potential into her mindfulness coaching. 


Her approach blends ancient practices with modern neuroscience, helping clients release stress, reconnect with purpose, and surface the inner wisdom needed to navigate life with clarity and compassion.


Whether you're a leader recalibrating your inner compass or a seeker ready to pause and breathe again, Maryanne offers a calm, grounded space for growth. 


Through workshops, guided meditations, and a monthly Sangha, she supports others in reducing stress, deepening self-awareness, and cultivating a greater sense of balance, purpose, and well-being.
